Following the request by the States and Local Governments for the payment of outstanding Ground Rents and Tenement Rates owed by the defunct PHCN, the Honourable Minister of Power constituted an Inter-Agency Committee to review all claims, interface with the States and LGAs and recommend appropriate payment strategy.
The Committee was inaugurated by the Hon. Minister of Power on the 2nd June, 2020 and comprises of the following members.

The Committee is currently engaged in activities in a bid to meet up with the 60 days timeline set at inauguration for the Committee to submit its report.
