NELMCO’s Board of Directors was dissolved in August 2015 following the directives from Mr. President. NELMCO now reports to The Federal Ministry of Power in line with Mr. President’s directive.
The Management of the agency is composed of the following:
- Managing Director/Chief Executive
- Executive Director - Liability Management Directorate
- Executive Director - Corporate Services Directorate
- Executive Director - Asset Management Directorate
- Head Legal - General Counsel/Secretary
